Three decades of winning is experience you can trust.
After proudly serving with the United States Marine Corps between 1969 to 1972, I began the journey to become a trial lawyer who would make a difference and contribution to helping people.
Now, after more than three decades as a personal injury and civil trial attorney, I continue to be driven by the satisfaction of helping my clients win justice and get their lives back on track.
My passion for winning is how I won the only jury verdict in history against the billion-dollar-a-year United States Blood Industry for not taking precautions that would have prevented the distribution AIDS contaminated blood products to thousands of patients. My investigation and evidence at trial exposed an industry conspiracy and fueled a congressional investigation. This battle victory is widely reported in Snyder v. American Association of Blood Banks, 144 N.J. 269 (1996). I successfully argued multiple cases before the New Jersey Appellate and Supreme Courts.
I handle every case with a hands-on, meticulous dedication to win you the best result. I treat every client like they are my only client.
In 1983 I graduated from Rutgers Law School-Newark as the recipient of the distinguished student award. The Trial Lawyers for Public Justice nominated me for the “Trial Lawyer of the Year” for protecting health care consumers.
